In a time of significant change and re-emergence in our communities, we need restorative spaces for reimagining futures more than ever. 

Embodied Futures Lab is a special online experience facilitated by Five and Nine Futures and One of Many Studio. We integrate yin yoga, sound meditation, guided writing, and intentional connection to create space for slowing down and reinvigorating the creativity & inspiration that fuels organizing, justice, and culture work.
